Lippincott Living is a project by the Blurredge Group, a collaborative design partnership between designers Elaine Cecconi and Anna Simone (Cecconi Simone) and architect Brad Netkin (Netkin Architect). Conceived as a means to bridge the creative divide between architecture and interior design, the Blurredge Group seeks to create fresh, functional and style-forward living environments through cohesive, whole-building design strategies. The firm’s unique everything-in-house approach allows its directors to maintain complete creative control over a project from design through construction to completion.
